A quick trip to Japan for lunch? With the new “Dashirei” lunch concept, Chef Domenico Zizzi takes us on a culinary journey. The Japanese broth “dashi”, which is made from dried seaweed, represents the essence of deliciousness and serves as a base for soups. La Muña offers a vegan version as well as a meat or fish option. The additional ingredients for the dashirei soups are adjusted weekly, depending on what is available at the local market.

 

The dashirei soup is only served at lunchtime in the restaurant La Muña. The concept guarantees a quick, tasty and wholesome lunch.
