Arrival
Exclusively accompanied from the aircraft to the exit: your personal VIP agent will meet you at the aircraft and guide you to the Zurich Airport VIP Lounge, where you can relax and refresh yourself. You have priority at passport control. At the agreed location, the porter will drop off your luggage and we will say goodbye to you.
Departure
Personal assistance from check-in to the aircraft: your personal VIP agent will greet you at the agreed meeting point. Our porter service will take care of your luggage. You will be assisted with check-in and guided through all the controls. After your stay in the exclusive Zurich Airport VIP Lounge, we will drive you directly to the aircraft in a limousine.
Services included
Use of all areas of the VIP Lounge including all services associated with VIP assistance (except Zurich Suite). For adults and children aged two and over.
The Zurich Airport VIP Lounge is located in the Schengen zone. Access only after security check and with valid travel documents.
