This conducted competition is not part of the Meta & Instagram network and is neither offered, managed nor supported by Meta & Instagram. The organizer of this contest is Hotel Eden au Lac AG. All data provided by the participant will not be transmitted in any way to Meta & Instagram, but belong only to La Réserve Eden au Lac Zurich. No data will be passed on to third parties. The participant data will only be used for the prize notification and will be deleted afterwards.

Who may participate in this contest?
The competition is open to Instagram users aged 18 and over who follow our Instagram page. Employees of La Réserve Eden au Lac Zurich and Michel Reybier Hospitality Group are excluded.

Period of the sweepstakes:
At the end of each season *, the five best posts will be selected and contacted by the hotel. The prizes will be defined by the hotel and communicated to the winners. The competition starts with an Instagram post, which is to be taken from the feed.

Prize Determination:
The images are viewed and analyzed by an internal team. The five best images per season will then be awarded. Winners will be personally contacted via private message from the La Réserve Eden au Lac Zurich account. Any other notifications will not be valid.

Disruption of the competition:
La Réserve Eden au Lac Zürich reserves the right to modify, cancel or adjust the competition in the event of disruption or abuse.
