We are pleased to announce that Marco Ortolani, Executive Chef of La Réserve Eden au Lac Zurich has been awarded one star by the French restaurant guide Michelin for the Eden Kitchen & Bar restaurant.

Italian Marco Ortolani joined Michel Reybier Hospitality in November 2019 as Executive Chef of La Réserve Eden au Lac Zurich. His professional career includes chef positions in prestigious restaurants from Argentina and Italy to Hong Kong and London. Already during this time, he was twice honoured with one star each by the Guide Michelin. Marco Ortolani’s menu at Eden Kitchen & Bar is influenced by his origins. International traditional dishes and seasonal specialities – whenever possible from regional production – round off the menu. La Réserve Eden au Lac Zurich opened in January 2020 after an extensive renovation by Philippe Starck. The creativity in the culinary and hospitality culture makes the house on the shores of Lake Zurich a hot spot in the city on the Limmat.
